Wyatt Spence runs every estimate himself.
Wyatt Spence founded Spence Construction in 2021 and has held an active Oregon CCB license, #234259, ever since. The company frames and builds custom homes across the Rogue Valley, and Wyatt is still the one who walks the job, writes the estimate and answers the phone.
That kind of direct involvement is why homeowners keep calling back, and why other contractors send their own clients to Spence Construction when the job needs a crew that shows up and finishes what it starts.

Our Work
Siding repair, coordinated from a thousand miles away.
A customer's father needed siding repair on his Medford home, but the customer himself was in Ohio. Spence Construction went out, gave a straight estimate, and had the job finished in two days, sending photo updates the whole way through, including the extra wrinkles that turned up once the old siding came off.
